Sign in and provide the state of license and bar or attorney registration number. Where available, a professional email or phone tied to the record can support your claim.
Complete the requested checks
Enter any requested verification code on the claim status page. Follow the evidence panel if further documentation is needed. Every claim requires a reviewer decision before ownership changes.
Check the dashboard
Open the claim to see its current state and decision note. Once approved, the dashboard provides profile editing options. A competing ownership claim may require a dispute review.
