Use the dispute record when competing claims raise a question about who should control a profile.
Open your dispute
Sign in and look for Ownership disputes in the dashboard, or follow the dispute link from your claim status page. These records are restricted to authorized participants and staff.
Explain your connection to the profile
Read the evidence deadline. Both parties and reviewers can read the shared conversation; use the private document upload for identity evidence. Upload while the evidence window is open and respond to requests shown in the record.
Follow the review outcome
Check the dispute record for updates. A second claim does not automatically transfer ownership. Staff assess the competing evidence before deciding control.
