Michael Simmrin (Criminal Lawyer)

I am a trial lawyer, and I thrive in the courtroom under pressure. I have successfully represented thousands of clients and tried over 100 jury trials, including 15 homicide cases, some of them capital. I studied law at the University of Miami School of Law, where I graduated cum laude and was inducted into the Order of the Barrister, an honor recognizing excellence in oral advocacy. I found my passion for trial work early on, preferring the intensity of the courtroom to the routine of desk work. I firmly believe in putting clients first and always make myself available throughout the legal process. I understand that facing trial can be one of the most frightening experiences in a person’s life, and I am committed to providing both legal guidance and personal support during those challenging times. My experience spans courts across California and federal courts nationwide, and I remain actively involved in the legal community through various bar associations.
